BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • If this is your first appointment with me you'll need to complete an online consultation form when you book.


  • Please don't book appointments as gifts for other people.  The consultation form needs to be filled in by the person coming to the appointment as it asks for personal health and lifestyle information.


  • Confirmation emails are sent out immediately, check your junk folder if you don't receive it. 


  • Reminder emails are sent out 24 hours before your appointment.

PAYMENTS

  • If this is your first appointment with me, payment is required at the time of booking.  


  • Follow up appointments can be paid at the time of booking or on the day.


  • Payment on the day is by cash or card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your plans change and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please try and give me as much notice as possible - at least 24 hours. This gives someone else the opportunity to take your slot. 


How to cancel:


  • More than 24 hours notice - reschedule or cancel via your booking confirmation email.


  • Less than 24 hours notice - email me directly info@lauramurphymassage.co.uk


Cancellation fees:


  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee of £50.


  • No shows will be charged the full price of the missed session. If you have not paid in advance you will be sent a payment link for the fee and will not be able to book another appointment until this is paid. 

REFUND POLICY

You will be eligible for a refund if you have paid for your appointment in advance and:


  • You cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice. 


  • I have to cancel your appointment, and it is not possible to reschedule.


Refunds can take between 9-14 days to complete. Please contact me by email if you require a refund.
