I'm a massage therapist based at the Glasgow Treatment Rooms in Glasgow City Centre. I help people like you move better and feel better so you can get on with living your best life.
My journey into massage therapy began in 2017 after my own experience of injury and chronic pain. The impact of this injury on my physical and mental health was huge. Months of frustration at the slow progress, set-backs and what felt like no end in sight.
Regular massage treatments really helped me manage the physical and mental stresses of my injury. When I got off the couch after a treatment I felt amazing and like I was walking on air. It was then I decided that I wanted to bring that experience to others.
In 2018 I started my training with the Western School of Massage in Glasgow. Best decision I've ever made!
I'm a keen runner and hillwalker and can usually be found out exploring this beautiful country of ours.
My running career's been blighted by injury over the past few years. But I keep plodding away at it, getting stronger and chasing that sub-30 5k!
Before taking the leap into massage therapy full time, I was a social researcher for many years helping clients develop health and wellbeing programmes.
Some fun stuff about me, I'm a massive fan of The Office and I love music.
See you soon!
