My diary is open! Appointments available from Wednesday 28th April 2021.
Are your legs feeling heavy from all those hours of training?
Just started Couch 2 5k and starting to feel those annoying niggles creep in?
Or maybe you’ve got back pain and sore shoulders from lugging your kit up the mountain?
I can help.
Let’s put a spring back in your step and get you ready for action.
I’m a remedial and sports massage therapist based at the Glasgow Treatments Rooms, Glasgow City Centre.
I help people like you move better and feel better so you can get on with doing your thing, pain free.
I trained at the Western School in Glasgow, leaving with a two-year diploma in massage therapy. And the learning doesn’t stop there. I’ve always got my head in a book, learning new skills to help my clients.
I’m a keen runner and hillwalker myself so I know only too well the aches and pains that come with the territory.
Sore back? Knee pain? Muscle strain? Tight calves? Been there, done that.
The good news is I know how to help you get out of pain and back in action.
Of course you might have a sore back and stiff neck from being hunched over your laptop for the past few months. I can sort that out for you as well.
I work with runners, hillwalkers, cyclists, office workers, retail workers, teachers...people from all walks of life.
Here’s what some of my clients have to say...
"As a keen cyclist and runner I lived with legs that ached all the time. The difference between how they felt before I visited Laura and after was amazing - it was literally the first time I had felt no ache in years! I now use her before all my major events."
"I went to Laura with a lot of pain and stiffness in my shoulders and neck. After just one massage my pain had reduced significantly and range of movement was much improved. Laura was very warm and put me at ease straight away. I also loved the music she played, very relaxing! Thank you Laura."
"I went to Laura with a long standing shoulder problem from Jiu Jitsu. The massage worked very well in relieving tension after one session. I noticed an immediate decrease in pain in the affected area and it has been much better since."
